Who gets it: Rhodes
Greetings, Strategos! Warfare beyond our Rhodian shore has changed, and it is time to adapt! A new, large, and oval-shaped shield has spread throughout Hellas and Asia. Its lightness makes it suitable for skirmishing but its size will also protect its bearer in a close formation. We should definitely make use of it on the battlefield!
How to get it
It fires when at least 5 settlements that are a city or larger are held by Rhodes.
The game checks this at the end of every round.
