Who gets it: Cyrene
Mighty Basileios, autokrator of Kyrene, by Zeus, be praised! You have led us to many a victory, like a true Hellenic heros. Now that our kingdom has grown to such an impressive size, we have enough money to set up two elite regiments with richly decorated armour and helmets. After the example of Alexander's Hypaspists and Arygraspides, phalanx and hoplite like elite regiments are now available for recruitment.
How to get it
It fires when the conditions below are met.
cyrene_reform_battle_counter is kept by the campaign script and must be at least 25. It changes:
- where it is set is not determined
The game checks this at the end of every round.
