Kabylean Reforms
Main campaignRIS Classic
Who gets it: Cabyle
Hail, glorious king of Kabyle. Your wisdom is unparalleled! You have united the Greeks and the Thracians under your rule and your forces grow ever stronger. The long shields of the ferocious Celts, the thureoi, have been adopted by many peoples of Greece and Thrace, so why shouldn’t we as well? They are cheap and protect the body better than any other shield; an excellent choice for the increasing numbers of Greeks under our banners.
