Who gets it: Miletus
Hail, great king! Over time, our soldiers have encountered and slain many foes. This has also resulted in adopting new military strategies and equipment, that are represented through a number of reformed units that have now become available for recruitment.
How to get it
It fires when the conditions below are met.
miletus_reform_recruit_counter is kept by the campaign script and must be at least 4. It changes:
- where it is set is not determined
The game checks this at the end of every round.
