Syracusan Military Reforms
Who gets it: Syracuse
Archon, Strategos Autokrator, Basileus, the people of Syracuse praise you! You have been a great benefactor for our city and this island. Both in peace and war, you have evinced your divine qualities as a leader. Now, the newest gift to the Sikeliotes has arrived! Thanks to your generous funding of our military instructors, our Hoplites have learned how to fight on horseback. You may now recruit these men from our cities and towns - for the glory of Syracuse!
