Ptolemaic Military Reforms
Who gets it: Ptolemaic Empire and Ptolemaic Rebels
Hail, pharaoh! Following the reforms of Polykrates, our Therapeia guard cavalry has been retrained to become more efficient in battle. They have also been re-equipped with sturdy bronze muscle cuirasses and plumed helmets, a wonderful sight to behold. Inspired by the Cretans, Thracians and Gauls arriving in Polykrates' wake, part of our men have been trained in their fighting style as Neo-Cretans and Thorakitai. Combining the best of old and new, our reinvigorated forces will surely go on to dominate all of Alexanders' conquests and much beyond!
