Settlement sizes
← regions and settlements · wiki index
Every settlement in RIS is one of 5 sizes. Its size decides three things: what it can build, what it can raise, and how large it is allowed to grow before overcrowding starts.
Town < Large town < City < Large city < Huge city
The ladder
Manpower is what it takes to reach the size; ceiling is the manpower above which overcrowding starts. Both are the same for all 22 cultures.
